Calyx commissions more corporate podcasts

Tuesday, July 29th, 2008

Our corporate podcasting unit has been commissioned to produce another set of audio podcasts for Calyx - one of Ireland’s most dynamic enterprises. We worked with Calyx earlier in the year and we’ve now been asked back to produce more online content for the company. Our podcasting portal www.podcastingireland.ie was set up in Sept 2005 and launched the following March with the first of our channels o2 Making Waves. We’ve been commissioned by both public and private bodies to create online content and our podcast client lists includes the National Consumer Agency, Vhi, Murray Consultants, Kingspan Century, AMAS to name just a few. We’ve keen to talk to you about our one stop offering if you need audio or video online content and podcasting solutions for your company, business or event. Give us a call on Dublin 4885851 and talk to Linda about getting a podcasting quote. Every quote is designed around your needs and budget and we can talk you through the impact good web and mobile communications can make. We currently have over 2 million hits so far this year on podcastingireland.ie - with an average of a couple of thousand unique visits to the site daily - so we can demonstrate the power of podcasting and the pull of good content - so check in today www.podcastingireland.ie - Helen

Podcasting research project for Athena Media

Friday, July 11th, 2008

We’re currently researching Irish podcasting habits as part of a presentation for the EBU in September. This year’s digital radio conference in being held in Sardinia to coincide with the Prix Italia so its bound to get a good turn out! The podcasting survey is available on www.podcastingireland.ie and we’d really appreciate if you could do it and help us get a better understanding of podcasting trends in Ireland. We’re also doing a parallel survey with broadcasters - radio broadcasters - about their podcasting strategy so the final research document should give an interesting insight into podcasting in Ireland and how its changing media, particularly radio, habits.
